SYSTEM OVERVIEW

RadtechSystem is a communication system designed to simplify communication, providing a complete solution for two-way radio communication through its Integrated Digital Communication System (IDCS). This system consists of Master Control Center System (MCCS), Digital Compact Fixed Repeater System with Radio Handheld, Radio Mobile System, Radio Base System, Portable Repeater System, Dispatch Portable System and Radio Gateway System. 

RadtechSystem supports Digital voice AMBE+2TM and Data communication using TDMA Technology, with 2 channels/slots capacity per repeater system. TDMA technology enables the system to divide a single channel into two time slots, effectively doubling the capacity of the system without the need for additional frequencies. This allows for more users to communicate on the same channel, reducing the likelihood of communication interference and congestion. The system also includes features such as digital voice processing, advanced privacy settings, and integrated data applications, making it a versatile and comprehensive communication solution.

Support IP-based configuration wide area to form multi-site communication without a radio user needing to change channels manually while moving from one site to another site. The wide area configuration is designed to extend coverage beyond a single site or location, providing seamless communication across a wide geographic area. This is achieved through the use of IP (Internet Protocol) networking technology, which connects multiple sites together to create a single, integrated communication network.

The wide area configuration allows for multiple sites to be connected over a wide area network (WAN), such as the internet or a private network also via radio IP Link System. This enables users to communicate with each other seamlessly, regardless of their physical location, as if they were on the same site.

Transportable repeater communication system for easy deployment and integration

The ID-100T-4C Multi Function IDCS is a complete solution on the move.  Create for quick movement  with any type of SUV, ships or other mode of transportation. The system is rugged and reliable and comes complete with all hardware and software for turnkey installation, fast and ease of deployment.

The ID-100T-4C Multi Function IDCS is capable of supporting four simultaneous voice or datapath in digital mode. It is also a more secured way of communication as it is difficult to monitor a digital system.

ID-100T-4C Multi Function IDCS comes with Transportable Antenna Mast. The patented Tripod design with camlock, telescoping leg and interlocking mast section allow quick and easy deploy of mast in various environment. The mast pack down in a wheeling carrying back for easy transport.

The mast provided flexibility on installing the repeater as the user need not depend on the availability of a tower. An Omni antenna and cable system is included with the system.

Dispatch system provides fully-featured control and monitor over IDCS System. It supports all types of voice communication and data operations. Dispatch system support wireline, wireless or mixed modes to connect it to your radio network.

Subscriber monitoring and control system allows the dispatch to monitor activity of the radio users, call log, voice record (one group at a time) . In addition , with the GPS module enabled in Dispatch application, radio users (with GPS capability) can be tracked. Allow the system to locate the radio users positions.

PORTABLE REPEATER

The ID-100P Portable IDCS is a complete solution for two way radio communication on the move. The system is rugged and reliable and comes complete with all hardware and software for turnkey installation and fast and ease of deployment.

Antenna magnetic mount are standard which provide easy installation on vehicle.

Transportable Antenna Mast is comes optional with the ID-100P Portable IDCS for better and higher antenna mounting. The mast provided flexibility on installing the repeater as the user need not depend on the availability of a tower. This antenna mast is portable, reliable and easy to install. An omni antenna and cable system is one package on this option.

The ID-100P Portable IDCS is capable of supporting two simultaneous voice or datapath in digital mode. It is also a more secured way of communication as it is difficult to monitor a digital system. The system incorporates a duplexer for operation with one antenna system.

Master Control Center System

Combining two or more Dispatch system becomes one Master Control Center System which monitors and controls every activity on single dispatch able to develop easily. Master Control Center will able monitor and control remotely to all subscribers on all regions, through Internet or WAN connection.  And as long as all repeaters connect to internet or reach by the server or CPU on MCCS monitor, diagnose and control and some maintenance and troubleshooting task on the repeater can be done remotely. MCCS equipped with server and dual display for each dispatch.

Both standalone Dispatch and MCCS has these functions:

Text Messaging provide more advanced in radio two way communication system. Dispatcher can send and receive text  messaging from radio users in the field – either to group or individually.

Automatic  Vehicle Location allows the dispatcher to view the location of each radio user within the repeater coverage area. (Subscriber units must be digital - equipped with GPS antenna and compatible with the system). The AVL software has the following capabilities:

• Location of the units can be requested individually or by group.

• Programmable polling or auto request

• Location of each unit can be monitored

• Route can be viewed later on for analysis or other purposes.

Remote Control Subscriber

The facilities allow management to have more control over the subscriber units in the field. Subscriber remote and monitoring system allows:

Ø All call – call to all groups. Enable management to call all radio users within the same system  Ø Group Call – Call to a certain group. Normal operation for daily used. Ø Private Call – Call individually. Enable privacy between 2 radio users.Ø Call Alert – to alert certain subscriber.Ø Caller ID – display ID of the calling unit. A convenient way to identify the caller.Ø Radio check – Check status of radio. Allows operator to check whether the radio user can be reached or not. Ø Radio enable/disable – allows the dispatcher to disable the radio. Radio affected will not be usable until the dispatcher enables the unit. Ø Remote monitor – enables the dispatcher to activate a radio remotely and to monitor the conversation in the vicinity of the unit being monitored. Ø Radio Status monitoring – automatically inform the dispatcher of radio status. Ø Event logging – all radio users’ activities are recorded in the dispatcher system
